I needed a bike repair and the tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. The repairs were made much more quickly then I expected.

From the first time I walked in the store, each and every person greeted me, I felt like I was the only person in the store, the staff is beyond friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and more than willing to help you with the purchase of any bike, as well as the service.

I admit, I wasn't real bike savvy 3 months ago when I bought my first bike from BCB. I had lots and lots of questions. They were all answered. In the most professional way. Now 23 bikes later I'm hooked.

We would only ever go to Burlington County Bike Shop for all of our bicycle needs! They helped us choose the right new bikes for my two sons. They also annually tune and fix our well-loved adult bikes. I recently got a complete overhaul on my 12-year old bicycle and it rides like it's brand new.

Great experience at the store. Very friendly, excellent service and took they time to listen what I needed. They placed me in the right bike for me. I stopped at another store earlier that day; the other store was trying to push more expensive bikes with features not necessary with me.
