It's always a pleasure to do business with Murdock's! Greg and his staff are friendly, welcoming, and laid back. I love the quality of the bikes and other gear they stock, the great advice and service they provide, and the ways they give back to the college and community.

The person/manager that I delt with was very friendly. I chose this shop because they were the closest store that had the color and size that I wanted. One of the first things that he did was to let me know that he had installed a kickstand for no charge. A nice touch! I just love the Factory Orange on the Verve 1 Disc.

They have a huge inventory of bikes right now and the willingness to get anything they don't have in stock! They seem to have full time bike mechanics on duty as well! I highly recommend getting in there and support the local biking community! Lets spend our money where we ride! Syracuse is great (I guess) but it's a long ways from riding the Wild Frozen Trails of Winona! Another thing I like is his display wall of helmets. He carries a wide selection; from budget priced entry level models to highly poitective models higher priced but still reasonably priced.
