Friendly, answers any questions or concerns, knowledgeable, holds commitments. I told them I was interested in a Trek Mountain bike several months ago but they were on backorder until late Summer. I forgot about it and got a call saying it was available and I was first in line to get it should I still want it. Needless to say I now have a new Malrin 5! Great shop, highly recommend!
