However, with the new App, I wish it would send a notification when something significant happens with the account. I.e 1) When a campers stay has been accepted, or 2) when a campers updated records have been verified and updated.

I brought my English Bulldog, Annie, to the Pittsburgh East location in Murrysville (even though it is farther from our usual camp) because it was for a stay over the holiday weekend and the other facilities were booked full. I am so glad she came here. The facility is clean and bright. Annie was very nervous and not eating well but the staff were so kind and encouraging with her. I was across the country so I was very worried, but they communicated excellent with me and were very reassuring. Eventually Annie came around and was in good spirits when I picked her up. I trust them with my dog and highly recommend this location.

Absolutely love the staff! All are so welcoming and know my dog’s name and personality.
The facilities are always clean and I enjoy checking in on my pup online through the cameras. The special events are so fun too!
Lastly, having a groomer onsite is so convenient.
