Easy to use and friendly staff
We’ve been going to camp bow wow more than five years. The staff is caring and very competent. We’re always kept in the loop as to anything going on as well as reminders about shots. My Great Dane Annie socializes for a couple of hours and gets her nails done.
She’s happy and we’re happy happy. It’s a win win.

Very personable and caring people at the desk. Michelle the groomer is wonderful with our pet after our dog was traumatized at another groomer and was so scared to be bathed or groomed. Michelle takes her time, is patient and very calming with our dog. ❤️

The staff is amazing and really care. Are puppy runs to the door when we pull up for day camp. I like that they are always on the floor keeping an eye on all the dogs. The app is super easy to use and the staff helps with any problems.
My dog has seizures, and gets anxious after we leave him there. The staff are very attentive and give him support, when he’s struggling.
Camp Bow Wow is an awesome facility! I love the fact that booking a reservation is extremely easy. The staff are so professional and polite. I also love the fact that the WebCam is always available. I would definitely recommend Camp Bow Wow to my family and friends as they treat my doggie as "family".
I like that I can watch my dogs via camp cam, and I also appreciate how the staff cares for my dogs, and their effective communication.

I rescued a very damaged dog who was afraid of everything. No one would take her in daycare, and we were unable to walk her, she was too afraid. Camp Bow Bow took her and let her sit in a corner and get used to things. She now goes and plays with other dogs and even let's some of the care people pet her. We would have been lost with out them. The staff provides excellent customer service. They are polite, knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to help make my dog as happy as possible.
