My dog always leaves looking as good as or better than when he came in and is always happy to arrive at your facility. The only "complaint" I might have is that he is usually very reluctant to leave!

Everything. What I like the most, is how friendly and caring the people at the front desk are at the phoenix 85016 location. I look forward to dropping Cleo off with people who are extremely friendly. I really like all of the options for bath services and I use them often. I like that Cleo gets to go inside and outside as she pleases with the set up at camp bow wow. I like that you have a location right next to Disneyland, doesn't seem like a coincidence. I love the flexibility the multiple locations offers, as we can schedule her in Anaheim no issue.
Everyone met at Camp Bow Wow was super nicec and walked me through the interview session and everything they were doing with my dog.
Staff does their best to follow specific feeding directions.
Wish they would let sibling dogs co-mingle...my little dog shadows her larger brother and does fine with big dogs.

Camp Bow Wow obviously adores their poochies! Our 2 dogs love being there, when driving there with them and we get close, they start getting so excited because they know we will soon be there! Thank you Camp Bow Wow for taking great care of our dogs!
I love the friendly staff and the fast customer service when I call. Please, please fix the god awful Camp Bow Bow application . I received and email to update the application, (which I did) 10th worst mistake of my life . The application does not allow me to log back in, please fix the bug on the app. It’s like when you have a puppy and you get get rid of its worms.
