I love the friendly staff and the fast customer service when I call. Please, please fix the god awful Camp Bow Bow application . I received and email to update the application, (which I did) 10th worst mistake of my life . The application does not allow me to log back in, please fix the bug on the app. It’s like when you have a puppy and you get get rid of its worms.

Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Good policies followed for safety and comfort for our pups. Very glad that Dr. Ehlers is the veterinarian used. More active play time than in most boarding environments. Specific rest time is provided after meals. Plenty of room in each kennel space.
You are knowledgeable, friendly, organized, up to date with technology, have an outside portion to you facility, and a place we can trust.

I like the live video cameras. That is critical. I would very much appreciate upgraded cameras, as it is often difficult yo tell similar dogs apart.
The staff were friendly and the dogs seemed happy the only reason we can’t come back is the play areas are cement my dog was in pain and crying that night after being there for 3 hours because of arthritis which until now I didn’t know how bad it was it really to bad cause he loved it there and we also loved it there

We love Camp Bow Wow! The staff know our pup well and take exceptional care of him while we travel. We never have to worry while we’re away because we know he is happy and having a good time with the other dogs.

I recently had my golden retriever stay 16 nights at the camp bow wow while I was out of country. He really enjoyed his stay and he was very comfortable there. I had the staff at camp Bow wow update me regularly on his progress and there were great. I was also able to keep an eye on him they the camp bow wow live camera feed.
My golden and I love the camp bow wow for play dates and over night stays.
Love that I can watch Molly via the Camper Cams. Also, when I email to ask a question, I get a fast reply. Lastly, the staff truly love the dogs and are so friendly and polite to deal with!
