Chair yoga.
I love my group classes, especially group power with Sondra and zumba with Alicia. All other staff members are also friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean.
The adult exercise class is wonderful for seniors. Really helps to develop muscle for good walking and activities for the day.
The activities provided in the YMCA is able to provide the necessary services in promoting the physical and mental well being of the people in the community. It is a good place for young students in their physical and mental development.

The silver Sneakers is a great way to jump start the day and get some exercise in at the same time. I also like the pickle ball times.
Chair yoga is back on a limited time frame, would like to see more times offered.
Instructors make it fun
The Live Strong Program and Silver Sneakers has been GREAT for me in helping to get me on track with my health and physical journey. The instructors have been wonderful and welcoming.
My only knowledge of your programs is an exercise class for "seniors" held twice a week. I attend because I know it is good for me. The exercises are planned for those of us who need to mostly sit to exercise. Both Monday and Wednesday Instructors are execellent for the class.

Group classes
Eight years ago I had a quadruple bypass surgery. My cardiologist asked me how I was still alive with my arteries blocked and I told him I was going to the YMCA three times a week. I rode a bike and read a book while I was waiting for my wife. My cardiologist told me to continue going to the YMCA because it's kept me alive for a lot of years. Now I attend the YMCA six times a week without any complications concerning my heart.
Exercise works to keep you healthy and fit to do your activities.

I really enjoy Alicia's low impact dance classes. She makes it fun and entertaining. Great variety and she is really easy to follow.
All staff I have met are really friendly and accommodating.

I like that it feels like the Y is engaged in the community in which it is located. I love the open gym for pickleball.
They are all inclusive.

Games are fun. Kids learn great basics and also the importance of being kind and encouraging one another.
