They welcome all fitness levels in group exercise classes
I enjoy the aquacise classes Monday and Wednesdays at 9 am! The instructor, Cathi, is wonderful! She is positive and energetic and motivates the class members! She is knowledgeable and provides variety in the routines and picks great music---including a variety of styles!
I have also enjoyed the new class on Fridays at 9 am with Honey. I think it is called "Restorative Yoga" in the pool.
I will try that one again.
I love the size of the pool and the zero feet walk in. I wish there were more aqua classes around the 4:30 to 5:00 time frame though instead of after 5:00 which then runs into the dinner hour.
I like the access and hours of the swimming pool.
I love the Y. Available local lots of programming for families.
It's a relatively quiet and relaxed place to workout
Good competition
Safe, fun introduction for my 3 year old.
We've had great experiences with coaches and teams!
Many sports to choose from, many locations, well organized, great reputation.
Great opportunity to try a new activity! Our coach is great and has done a great job balancing fun and skill development.
Variety available.
I love the focus of children's sports to be more educational and relaxed. I thing when the officials are active participants it is the best experience. Sometimes when they say nothing it takes a little away from the experience and the kids really need that extra guidance. So I don't mind when the officials say more so some of the loud coaches say less. It makes the experience better and evens out the experience between teams when some have very boisterous, sometimes over zealous couches. So I hope more efforts keep going to officials and training so they feel confident in commanding the games. Our most recent official at the Pacific field U10 was fantastic and he really controlled the game. The prior week at the same field the officials were too scared to blow their whistles and kids didn't know who was tossing the ball in at each play, it was confusing for all, resulting in the coaches really getting out of hand and over running the officials.
It’s a great stepping stone for sports/ first time players. Just a little unorganized. But my kids really enjoyed it!

Use TRX during Circuit/HIIT Cardio classes. Add one or two more. Maybe consider placing mount points for them in the small gym. (Can be locked away between use, or checked out at desk).
Also, add a Bluetooth adapter to the small gym’s music system. Then, the class instructors can better control sound, timers, etc.
TRX additional straps and mount points = $500; Bluetooth adapter = $30.
Chair yoga and pickleball
