The consistency of the fitness programs and schedules.
I enjoy the classes listed. I don’t feel pressure to keep up with the leader’s pace but will get better and faster with more classes. I also enjoy the walking machines with choices of things to watch. The Y is very clean with staff seen working to keep it that way.
So far have only played pickle ball but hope to do more this winter.
My son enjoys the lessons & is learning.
The coaches have the patience to teach the kids.
Like the variety of classes. Group classes. Enjoy the instructors. They give modify versions of movements. Sometimes I have to make myself go to the Y classes. Always glad I did. My main goal is to keep moving. Thanks YMCA!!
The staff, my exercise class is fun and makes me feel so good after and I am only a few blocks away.

People are very friendly and instructors are really nice and helpful. I like the aqua classes and they offer them 6 days a week - that is fantastic. Very good for older adults.
Instructors are easy to follow and make the classes fun. You almost forget you’re getting exercise. 😀
I like that this location has lifeguards to keep the pool open. I like that the water is usually warm and the parking lot has plenty of spaces in front of the building so my car is less likely to get broke into.
All of the exercise equipment is state of the art.
Silver Sneakers activities and other programs and activities they provide.
I like the senior classes; the instructors make it fun to work out, and they change up the exercises so we work all the various muscles. They seem to be very aware of the needs of seniors.
I also like all the weight machines that offer a complete and varied workout of the whole body.
The pot luck lunches and road trips are fun and a way to socialize.
All and all, I feel that this health club cares about us and goes the extra mile to help us .

I like your lifeguards they are very friendly and very helpful! I cam on yesterday 8/22/23 at around 12pm, the lovely lifeguard saved me trouble as someone jumped into my lap lane to 'play at the shadow end', thank goodness she helped to suggest him to leave my lane.
Your front desk girl also extremely friendly as lovely greetings as always!
I will think about more reasons to come!!

We like the flexible drop off and pick up times.
Overall, I really like the SW facility. I do think the locker rooms could benefit from a little renovation. The programming is very good, maybe the best in town compared to other Y locations.
Your instructors for swim are amazing and bring lots of energy to make it fun for the little kids.
