I love the body pump on Mindy Wednesday and Friday. At 5:15 am. Sheri is amazing as an instructor and she doesn't make you feel bad if you can't do something she will give you a different alternative. I have drafted many of friends to join us at this class and I will keep come back. The group as a whole down there is so welcoming and very helpful if you don't understand. I would recommend 100%!

It's a welcoming atmosphere. I haven't tried the machines in the wellness center yet, but I'm planning on it.
The classes I participate in (Silver Sneakers and Low Impact Cardio) are an essential part of my daily life and I enjoy them as well as the health benefits.

I like the Y opening at 4:30 am and also the early am classes
Instructors are wonderful! I enjoy spin class and BodyPump. The update (paint/carpet) in the wellness room looks great! The staff is friendly, and I am always greeted with a 'hello' and a smile.
I like the hours of this location, when I wake up in the morning and want to go to the gym I can and will.

My daughter had so much information to share each day about sharks. She came home happy and tired. She loved the swimming!
