I haven't participated in any of the programs but I really like to get in the pool and exercise either by myself or with friends. All the staff I have met are very friendly and helpful.

I love the chill aspect of this location. Not overly crowded! Only complaint would be is that there should be a sauna and steam room so I don’t have to drive to Council Bluffs if I want to use those.

I enjoy playing pickle ball 3x a week
There is a lot of equipment to use. You could swim or play basketball or volleyball. I wish there were more classes with times that works for all ages.

A lot for the kids to do. My kids are so excited to go every week!
The weight loss class I participated in over the holidays was so positive and good for me. I lost weight and I'm continuing with my goals with what I've learned at the class.
Also, the staff at the Mills County YMCA is always helpful and positive. When you're going somewhere to workout, whether it's the wellness center equipment or classes, and you enjoy it you keep coming back. The results are the best!
The swim lessons are great we really enjoy the kids’ instructor! They are continually progressing which is great!
