There are activities for every age group, including us older folks. However, some of us older folks still work, and it would be good to offer some of the older folks classes in the evening.

The variety of classes and programs offered is impressive! There are numerous ways to stay healthy and have fun at the same time! Every instructor I've had (aqua, yoga, circuit) has been skilled, caring, and adaptable!

The silver sneaker program is my main focus at the Y. I enjoy all the teachers in those classes and the other members that attend the classes. It has made a big difference for my health and well-being.

The YMCA was here before large community centers were being developed, which compete with the YMCA for membership. I appreciate the efforts of the YMCA to continue with their mission to provide a healthy activity environment for all ages.
I haven't quite gotten into the activities yet, but more importantly, you have made it possible for me to move forward in transitioning between my home town and Omaha where I'm still in the process of moving. YMCA used to be a place for the traveler as well as the home town boys, and it seems it still happily provides that service. Thank you for taking a very large stress off of my shoulders.
The facilities clean signing up is easy. Cost is very affordable
I love the Zumba and DanceFit classes. The instructors are very friendly, upbeat, and motivating. The front desk staff is also very kind and helpful. Plus the membership price is really good. Much cheaper than some of the other gyms around town.
Pool is opened throughout the week with convenient hours. Lifeguard is available. There are
many swimming items such as swim boards, swim toys, weights, and other water items for instructional swim aids.

I loved this program for my daughter. It provided active and structured activities all day and she came home exhausted from her day and still wanted to go back the next day!
