What do you like about our programs and activities?

My husband and I are new and only one of us has
gone once so far. We are there mostly for working out in the pool.

With my handicap, the only exercise that I can get is in your pool. The lifeguards are very helpful.

I have not tried any of the programs.
However I have noticed how to staff is always friendly and do not seem to be grumpy.
also I notice the this location is cleaned and the machines worked well. the machines which I have tried to use myself. also this location have enough machines for everyone or the wait time to used them is not to long.

I like that the class sizes are small. My granddaughter has loved learning how to swim. She is learning new things every week! The instructors are very kind and friendly.

I enjoy how small it is. When the instructors come and chat with you at the end about your child’s progress that’s nice to hear so you know what to work on.

Your staff is very friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. Instructors offer great ideas and suggestions in class on modifications for me and my growing pregnancy belly to keep me safe and to maximize my workouts.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the fitness classes, especially Annette and Kara's Dancefit classes. Why did you stop rotating instructors on Saturdays? I never get to got to Kara's and Micaela's classes because of scheduling conflicts, so Saturdays were awesome!

I enjoy the aqua classes. The instructors are great. The atmosphere is friendly, but the purpose of the classes—- exercise—- is still prime ficus.

Love your aquatic classes and chair yoga. Also common area is great place to wait between classes.

Pool is nice, large and warm, although the locker rooms are quite cold. Silver sneakers available.
