For me personally, this location has the best steam room for men in Omaha. I also been going there for years so kind of bias. Complimentary towels is clutch!!! America need the YMCA!!!

I like the weight room and how one racquetball court has been converted into a weight area.
The YMCA is affordable and has something for everyone of all ages. However, the downtown Y is in dire need of updates and remodeling. The women's locker room is full of mold and mildew. The pool also could use some updating - the ceilings are full of mold and mildew. I've been a member for over 25 years and encourage people to join.

swimming pool, however you offer big area for family swimming pool and extend more time for kids to swimming that would be great. For the maple location, I have no idea why the swimming pool closed most of time, they do not open Thursday Friday sat sun for kids. So family need to drive long time to go other place to swim.

Swimming and sauna
My youngest granddaughter takes swimming lessons at the Downtown location and has done very well level 1-6. We also go there and swim on Sundays. Everyone on their staff is very friendly and helpful. We also enrolled her in a couple of their summer camps to give her something to do this summer, she loves going to the YMCA and has made friends there. My older grandchildren use the exercise and basketball courts. I should sign up for some of their Silver Sneaker programs but have not yet. We thank them for all the services they offer. Thanks Kathy
