Everything! Crystal is always amazing, and I am always overly satisfied with my results! She is also very knowledgeable about all of the Aveda products, and is able to recommend the best solution for what I am looking for.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My hairstylist was amazing and keeps up on the new trends. She was super friendly and of course I booked another appointment with her.

My stylist was friendly and knowledgeable; Tiara was lovely and attentive, and very patient and thorough with my (very long and difficult) hair. We needed extra time, and she was incredibly sweet and professional about it. The precautions at the salon made me feel safe and cared for, and still pampered even in a pandemic. I have come to James for years, and will continue to do so—they are the only salon I trust with my hair, and I have never had a bad cut or color.
