Great customer service
We had to place a service call as we had no heat in our building. Downeast arrived in just a few hours. Discovered the issue, placed an order for necessary parts and had us back up and running within days. Downeast is very responsive and the service technician we dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Very understanding & responsive Customer Service Dept! Very competent Sales person (shout out to Jon Gilman in the Hallowell, Maine office!) And very friendly & knowledgeable Installation person who set up our propane tanks (can’t recall his name) & very friendly & knowledgeable Delivery person (Leo is GREAT!!). We are a new customer with DownEast Energy & so far we are off to a great start!! :)
