The customer service experience I received when working with Madison was OUTSTANDING; we resolved several issues with my account in a straightforward way; she brought my "would recommend" from a 5 or 6 to 9.
The only reason I have a 9 and not a 10 is some past experiences with installation work where the installers must have lost track of the install, as they never returned to finish up some aspects of the work. (A condensate drain connection for my on-demand hot water heater.)
But, especially given my recent experiences, I'm definitely sticking with you, and will recommend you as time goes on. Thanks!
