Meet & greet was done efficiently with a report card. Staff seemed to know what they are doing. Had a good tour of the place and manager Hanna explained things pretty well. Like that they replenish the water regularly and have a staging crate/area for new dogs.

Everyone at Dogtopia Harrison Avenue is very friendly and welcoming, and I have never once been worried about Hashi while she is with them for Daycare. I love the events they hold throughout the month, and love the pictures we get! And I love that they actively work to fundraise for charity. It's nice to have a doggy daycare that cares about your pet and the community.

Dogtopia has been great for our Labradoodle puppy! The staff is personable, dog and parent friendly and really goes above and beyond to try to accomodate!

Friendly staff, very thorough in the evaluation of my dog. He loved his first day and we will for sure be going back. I really like being able to view my dog on the Webcam while he’s at daycare. It’s adds a level of reassurance.

Genuine care and concern shown for pets! They love what they do and it shows in their attention to detail and how they get to know each and every pet! They making boarding or day care fun for the dogs… which is reassuring when leaving your pet with them and knowing they will have a blast makes me feel less guilty about leaving her!! They go out of their way to answer questions and to ensure both a safe and fun environment for the pups.

Personable, reliable and the dogs loves it

I can’t thank them enough, my fur baby loves going and loves the coach’s. They are very good to the fur babies. My baby had a medical issue while I was on vacation, they took her the vet, took home with them for the night and back to the vet the next day.

I have only brought my dogs twice to Dogtopia but they have been amazing both times. I will continue to take my dogs here all the time. I have a dog who is very people shy and doesn't do that well in new situations. They have been so patient and loving with her and have really gone above and beyond to help make my dog comfortable. They have worked with slowly pushing her out of her comfort zone while also making sure she isnt overly stressed. They have amazed me with how much they care about the dogs that come into the daycare.

As a veterinary professional who has seen many types of boarding facilities in my 15 years working in vet med, I am THOROUGHLY impressed with Dogtopia in Cary, NC. They take all the important little steps to make sure their staff are well trained and the health and wellbeing of the dogs is taken care of. My dog enjoyed getting good reinforcement/training while at Dogtopia and he had so much fun! He loved it so much and was so relaxed afterwards. Can't wait to bring him back again.

Everything has such loving care and personal touches. I'm told right away if Mashu seems unwell or tired, if he was being too rowdy, or if he was just very cute that day. I was nervous going out of town recently for the first time, but they were incredibly kind about my need to call and check in, they accommodated my wanting to pick him up early since I missed him, and they gave me excellent feedback about how he ate and slept. The groomer is wonderful.

Dogtopia of Harrison Ave is the best and only place you should bring your dog in the Research Triangle to Fort Bragg area. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring staff, Bright windows in the toy box, Engagement and thorough communication from social media, report cards from first day visits, and general support for tours, etc. Plus, they understand the behavior of, and how to manage, different breeds.
We are so grateful to know our pup is in a safe and caring environment where we know he will thrive, immediate access to a person when I can, and general awesome culture.
We drive nearly 1.5 hours each way to bring him here. So thankful to have this a part of our family!
