Outstanding care during long weekend boarding

The ownership and staff really get to know their guests, but also their families. Our local Dogtopia is always excited when Daisy Rose (4 year old black lab) comes for day care or boarding. They always ask us about our trip and how Daisy is doing at home, etc.. I always recognize the familiar faces, even if it’s been awhile since we last traveled. It’s very much appreciated that we feel welcome and Daisy is greeted so kindly when she arrives. They truly provide a family approach to boarding that we’ve never experienced as boarders we used previously.

We love the owners at Harrison ave, Dan and Urma. They treat my baby like he is theirs, I never have question they have my best interest at heart and my pup absolutely loves them. Their family also works there and they love Karson so much, they make my heart happy and Karson is so excited before arrival, he starts to cry ! I don’t know where we would go besides dogtopia @ Harrison ave, this is Karsons home and his friends are always there for him for playtime. Thank you guys for all you do.!

My dog has type 1 diabetes and they have even held his sugar treats before, incase crises happens. I could not ask for more! <3

Staff is friendly and very responsive to any requests. The staff genuinely care about the dogs that are there and know them by name. I love that I can peek in on my doggie during his time there and my dog just loves coming here!

I like that your facility is all indoors. My dog is a squirrel hunter and I worry about her escaping out of the dog park (or outdoor daycare) after squirrels. That fear is erased at Dogtopia.

I have just started to use Dogtopia for my 5 month old puppy and so far I have really loved the experience. I tried another doggy day care in the area and comparatively, Dogtopia does not even come close to the other facility. From the start, they were organized and prepared for my meet and greet session. The front desk immediately knew my name and my dog’s name and we were kindly welcomed to the establishment. The owner took a lot of time to personally show my dog around the facility and answer any questions I had, and they have, more importantly, been extremely caring for my dog and her needs. It’s a small thing, but walking in the door and having a business employee know your name (even when the employee has never met you in person), is a rare find and makes a customer feel very valued. Drop-off and pick-up for daycare has also been surprisingly smooth. I was expecting chaos with many dogs and dog parents at once, but instead, it’s a smooth process both ways (and quick too!). Altogether, I have just appreciated the care and commitment this business has taken to ensure that both my dog and I are comfortable when I am unable to be with her during the day. My puppy is learning to socialize with other humans and dogs, and I am comforted that she is in very good hands throughout the day.

Great front desk staff members and the owners are lovely.

I have been taking my dog to Dogtopia for about a year and he loves it! The staff has been very accommodating, working with me to fix some behaviors of my dog as well as being very helpful while my job was keeping me late. They fit me in last minute when a dog walker canceled on me right after we moved and he went every weekday for about nine months. We started to go less to save some money and they were always so happy to see him. Even after we have moved thirty minutes away, there is no other place I would take him for boarding or the occasional daycare day!

Our 5 month old puppies first full day at Dogtopia and he loved every minute!! Everyone is so friendly and take such great care of the dogs!

You are all so friendly and nice and obviously love dogs. I also appreciate the updates you send regarding issues (if there are any). This week I appreciated the follow up on the canine cough. Thanks for taking such good care of Beba - I know she's only been twice, but she sure enjoys it.
