The friendly staff
Nancy Palus’ class. The music, the dancing, and the sweating made for a wonderful morning workout. And the people in the class we’re fun to work out with. Nancy is a very good instructor and gives options to keep everyone engaged. Her music choices keep everyone moving. I have met some of my best friends in this class; I hope it returns soon.

I love that you have 2 Pilates classes with trained instructors! I’ve asked many times at the B’ham YMCA for these classes. So I drive the distance to South Oakland. The staff at the desk are also very friendly and helpful! Love the atmosphere! Keep up the good work!
