The South Oakland Y has a welcoming, friendly atmosphere; l feel very comfortable there. I really enjoy the Silver Sneakers yoga and stretch classes.

Although the workout room in the basement needs a refresh and often feels on the cold side, my classmates and teachers are great! All of the staff are very helpful. I am looking forward to the refresh that is going on upstairs. The facility is always busy and I appreciate the work that is going on. I'm glad I found the Y!
