People are friendly, there is a walkin-in from shallow to the pool with rails. There is a wheel chair to bring in people on into the water. I've never seen that. AND, And, and you provide good coffee.

Went to my first class which was drumming. I really enjoyed it. Since I came early the instructor suggested I watch the zumba class. Someone in zumba asked me if I wanted to join them. I did.

I really enjoyed both classes. In fact I have joined the zumba class!

Staff is friendly, helpful and members are also friendly. The facilities always clean.

We weren’t high pressured to pay $85/hr for a trainer. Also, unlike another club in Novi we investigated, vaccines are considered effective here.

All associates are very helpful, kind,courteous, & knowledgeable. The facility is clean, bright & cheerful. My only concern is that Saturdays hours are too short. Should be open at least till 6pm.

It's small enough to give personal feeling to classes an activities but big enough to keep meeting new people making new friends. That - and great teachers leading classes.

Staff are very friendly, they have always gone above and beyond to meet our needs. We highly recommend the Farmington Y!
