The Y is an experience of camaraderie, elevation of physical and mental health and fulfillment. It is fun!
The staff are kind, caring, attentive and do their due diligence in addressing our questions. They always approach us with a smile. Each area is safe. Whatever machines I use they are emasculate and it is clear that all of us should sanitize them before we go on the equipment and when we complete each exercise.
We have the opportunity to enjoy the company of others in the social area and there is diversity of activities we can enjoy. We can take part in Silver Sneakers to laps in swimming, from Zomba to various other programs. The children have pre-school and a host of activities to draw from.
It is a loving, open environment that brings forth beaming smiles!

I am experiencing financial difficulties right now and was able to renew my membership after applying for the scholarship with helped out a lot. I like the indoor track for walking because I walk a lot also the exercise room and heated pool.
