I r joy all of the Silver Sneakers Classes, and the availability of both cardio and strength training rooms. I have not tried any of the wet areas yet. Also I find staff to be very personable, and helpful.

The Farmington Y has many fitness classes.

First time visiting your facility! I found it to be very welcoming, clean, and spacious! As I looked around I noticed that there are many classes and activities for families. I took a Zumba class with my sister and I really loved it! So much fun! Wish I lived closer!!

I find both the teachers and the club members are friendly and are interested in improving your physical fitness. Everyone works together to make the Y experience the best it can be.

I always get which ever workout machine I want to use.

The Y is an experience of camaraderie, elevation of physical and mental health and fulfillment. It is fun!

The staff are kind, caring, attentive and do their due diligence in addressing our questions. They always approach us with a smile. Each area is safe. Whatever machines I use they are emasculate and it is clear that all of us should sanitize them before we go on the equipment and when we complete each exercise.

We have the opportunity to enjoy the company of others in the social area and there is diversity of activities we can enjoy. We can take part in Silver Sneakers to laps in swimming, from Zomba to various other programs. The children have pre-school and a host of activities to draw from.

It is a loving, open environment that brings forth beaming smiles!
