Convenient good equipment
I've been swimming laps for 40 years and I've never found a pool that was better managed. The water quality and temperature are consistently excellent. The hours are limited in the summer when the demand for lifeguards peaks, but that's not the Y's fault. The lifeguard shortage is nationwide. The staff at the Farmington YMCA is professional and friendly.
The facility is pleasant, always clean and neat and more important, the employees are all very friendly and helpful in any way needed. I feel very comfortable in coming there.

The entire staff is helpful, kind and welcoming. The locker rooms are clean and the swimming pool is well kept.

The staff are always extremely helpful and polite, and are very tolerant of my son with autism, who can be a real handful at times!
The “Y” is a wonderful place to go swimming, exercise or just meet people. The classes they offer are very diverse for everyone of any ability. I go 4 or 5 times a week!

Suggestions for Improvement:
Purchase new chairs for Senior classes, dispose of the ones falling apart.
Registration for Senior classes needs revision.

I enjoy the variety of activities available, the caring of the staff and the friends I have made there. I look forward to participating in all of my classes there.
Great facility. Love the 25m pool and keeping it at a good temperature for lap swimming. Just wish there were more lap swim hours, although it looks to be improving now that Sundays are back on the calendar.
It has a lap pool, warm pool, hot tub and the track to use in any weather because it is in doors. Many classes for all ages and abilities and machines and weights for those who enjoy those as well !!!!
I like the fact that I can play Pickleball I like the friendly staff I like the swimming pool, etc.

This YMCA is a wonderful place It is convenient and clean and it has all equipment. I need to work out or attend classes. So also economical for me.☺️
The people at the front desk are kind, professional.
I wish the rule regarding cell phones was observed by all members .It so annoying to members to have to listen to loud conversations.
Perhaps if there were larger signs, placed more prominently over the areas of the treadmills, it
would help.
