Very family friendly and a good variety of classes
I have used a Milford YMCA personal trainer for about 1 year. She is very professional and has organized a fitnes plan which is catered to my individual goals/needs. I would highly recommend using the staff personal trainers because they help keep you focused and on track. They would be good for any age group. The available training equipment is top notch and the facility is clean. A+ rating

My wife and I are taking a Pickle Ball class and the experience has been excellent. Both of us have improved greatly and the teacher has a very organized plan for drills and game simulations. We live in Milford and the location is perfect for us.
Carls’ Family YMCA is fantastic. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and very welcoming to everyone. Most of them know everyone’s name when they walk through the front door; it is truly like a family here.
The facility is very clean and well-maintained. New equipment is always being rotated in and kept up to date. Lots of classes to choose from no matter what your age, mobility, or fitness level. There is a class for everyone!
The swim programs are great at the Y! The instructors are spectacular! Patient and willing to work with the kids to have them learn to swim, not just teach them. My son was nearly afraid of the water and after 3 sessions, we can't get him out of the water most times. Applause the the YMCA!
I love the various opportunities there are to participate in wellness classes. The staff at the Y is so very warm and welcoming.

The Y is clean, the staff is friendly and always with smiles. The group exercise classes are a great mixed variety with very good times scheduled. Please add more rugs and post reminders to not wear your outside shoes into the gym or studio; salt is everywhere it shouldn't be. Thank You!

I havent been inside for my swim or workout yet, but im excited about swimming in the Lap pool. I sighed up for the Martin Luther 75% off special. Im pretty sure I'll enjoy it very much. Thank you Trish
