I love the whole Boll experience! The trainers are amazing Collin, Nadia, Chloe, Lizzy, and Emily! Meaghan is super great at listening to what the members want. The front desk staff are really friendly and knowledgeable! The facilities are clean and welcoming! Great place to workout and connect!

The monthly charge is inexpensive, the facility is clean, the people who work there are very very very friendly, and my swim trainers Alexandria and Krystalyn were the best!
I like everything the Y has to offer, especially engaging families with many great programs and activities. Also, affordable membership and flexible hours & days, gives me time to come workout after work, and even weekends!

For me it's in close proximity to my home. Also, silver sneakers is the best! We're like a great big family being supportive of each other. Overall, the staff is welcoming, friendly and pleasant to be around.
assertive and nurturing instructors, specifically - Alex, Keith, and Malachi. The director krystalyn has been a pleasure to work with whenever we have an issue with schedule. She's been accommodating and direct with her recommendations for our son's advancement.

My granddaughter had a great summer. The staff were very kind. I loved going to Detroit every day.
Alex was awesome! I gained confidence in the water and appreciate her letting me bow out of certain tasks until I was mentally ready. She was very patient and caring. She's a brave person and I think she deserves a raise, it's truly very hard to convince strangers to trust you while in water!! Great experience, I wish she taught the second level, she knows I'd be the first person to sign up! I missed the last class due to vacation, but learned so much! Alex keep being great, I hope to see you again!
Lots of great activities for the kids, including the weekly field trips. Our daughter absolutely loved going to camp everyday, which is a great feeling to know she felt safe & excited to be there!

The shallow water exercises are amazing. The lockerroom is always perfect.
THE entire experience is just easy to navigate, the people are friendly.
I use the Y for the pool. It is the best indoor pool I’ve ever swam in. Locker rooms and showers great also.
I like the diversity of activities and the field trips. My son enjoyed everything the whole summer. The only suggestion I would make is in regards to communication. We’ve been in the camp for several years, and this year’s communication felt the most scattered. I started out not receiving the first few emails, which has never happened. The way updates were communicated was strange. Other years used Remind, which was a great communication platform. To go to automated phone calls from British Columbia (which also went to our emergency contacts, for some reason)to tell me to check my email seems like a step backward. Last year there was a weekly email that included an actual daily schedule of what the campers were doing that day (yoga, arts and crafts, ex). This year was a very high level overview with attachments that often didn’t work. I was only ever able to open the lunch menu for one week. Every other time wanted a login and password, which didn’t make any sense. We would also get picture updates other years, and this year I saw none. Still a great program overall, but I like being more informed.
