Classes for seniors
The young man at the front desk welcomed us and set a friendly, positive tone on our first visit. He was patient, anawered our questions and when we asked if it was possible to do a tour of the facilities was able to find a staff person to guide us. Everyone we encountered was friendly and enthusiastic.
Everyone is super friendly and the space is clean, definitely need to move some stuff around in the gym area and maybe put some windows in the machine area. that would really help open things up.

I like the classes for seniors. The time works well for me. The staff is friendly and I have made some new friends. The social aspect is important to me because I live alone

The location is convenient for the long time residents in the are. Although There are several fitness centers in the area, however us it is a part of our community. It would be important to do capital improvements to the facility to remain competitive and attract more clientele.
I've been gone a while recuperating from a surgery but It's still the old place I enjoy coming to.
The staff is always helpful and the equipment is still as good as it ever was.

chair yoga is WONDERFUL and I wish we had it 3 days instead of two.
I enjoy the Y for the exercise bike and the pool and nice variety of weight machines. It is clean and hardly ever busy. I like that the former training office is now a room with bikes. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I do think that the large fan by the first exercise bike in the main room is noisy so I'm glad I can go in the other space.
