Christian Brothers Automotive went above and beyond. Joe (I think that's his name) actually came to my workplace with an air compressor to put air in my flat tire so that I could make it to my appointment to have the tire replaced.

Everyone at Christian Brothers Automotive is always super helpful when I come in with my vehicles. They are efficient with any repairs I need and the price is always fair. They go above and beyond to make sure that I can get to wherever I may need to go when my vehicle is getting repaired and/or serviced. I was recommended to them when I moved to town a few years ago by my mother and she has been getting work done there for years. I recommend them whenever I talk to other friends and family looking for quality service!

It was easy to set-up an appointment online. I got there a little before my appt time and was greeted in a very friendly manner. I was able to get a shuttle ride back to my place and then got a text update and detailed outline of issues with my vehicle. I then had it all completed on-time including a pick-up by the shuttle back to CBA. It was a great experience, my first experience with CBA and will definitely be going back when I need work done on my vehicle.

As a first time customer, I was more than satisfied with my experience. The technicians were knowledgeable and explain things thoroughly. They were able to find an issue that was covered by a warranty. Price was reasonable. The waiting area was spectacular. Will be my new go to for vehicle maintenance.

I had a busted front axle right off the CV joint. I called around to see who would be able to fix it ASAP. I had left two messages at competitors before calling Christian Bros. I was able to immediately speak to a live person at the Clive location and they were able to squeeze me in that day. They were upfront and prepared a quote within a reasonable amount of time. They complementary inspection was nice, and they did not pressure me into other unneeded repairs. Nobody likes to spend money for repairs but I felt the quote was reasonable. I was impressed with the communication, delivery of the quote via email, and overall service of the staff. They have earned my future business.
