I've had a great customer experience with Northwest Exterminating and their Lawn Service. Chris has been outstanding and has represented Northwest with professionalism and a high level of customer service for both the extermination and the lawn services departments! I haven't met Michael yet, but he's doing a great job with my lawn service and has been very helpful. Your technician Mike is excellent. He always knocks on the door when he arrives, to tell us what he is going to apply during his visit. He also asks if we are havng any problems. Last year our lower lawn started looking really poor. Mike assessed the grass and said mole crickets were causing the problem. He made an application before he left and continued the same application on his next two visits. This solved the problem and the grass looks great.

Very predictable. However, this time the technician did not come at appointed time so they came the next day when no one was there. So they were unable to do all their rounds inside.
