I like my relationships with Northwest: the service person, the scheduling person. I like the feel of their business (office/staff/service people - feels like a community). I like that Northwest keeps the same service person for several years. I like knowing my service person. I like how I can call and explain the bug trouble I have and that I can schedule a different date (pay extra) but they will show up - my regular guy will be scheduled.

In addition, the responsiveness and effectiveness of the services are excellent. Northwest is wonderful and offer terrific spot-on service. We've had a contract with them for over a decade and they are consistent and persistent when any pest continues. We have the same service man for years. Northwest is a wonderful company to have on your side and it seems like a wonderful place to work based on my experience over the phone scheduling and in person when they service my home. Thank you
