We like that they use good quality products to treat our home. And not only is the staff at the office, like Skylar, very friendly and efficient, but the technician Chris Calhoun that came to our home was very thorough and professional! We have 4 different services with Northwest and have used them for the past 12 or more years. Very pleased!!
