The gentleman that services our home does an excellent job, his name is Joel. He works with us as to the day and time for him to do the work so somebody is at home when he comes. He is very professional and answers any and all questions we have. On a scale of 1-10 I would give him a 10.
But I have not been happy with the corporate and the billing policies since piedmont pest became Northwest Exterminating. This is no reflection on the people who work in the Laurens Office as again they are always very professional and respond to questions we have. Hopefully this part is being worked on and will be resolved in a timely manner.
