Service is excellent. I am so impressed with the service representative that treats my home. Attitude, professionalism, and knowledge all rate a #10. I had a problem with these small little flying insects. He not only identified them, but explained how all of a sudden I had an invasion of them.
Without any hesitancy I would recommend Northwest - especially if all your service representatives are like the young man that treats my house.
