Northwest is very responsive. When I have a need, they come out and address the need immediately. I think I have every service that they have to offer and I have never been disappointed with any of them. Their techs are very knowledgeable and professional. They do their very best to get to the root cause of the issue And address it on the first try. They are very mindful of your pets and how what they do interact them. That’s important to me because I have an exotic bird that a lot of chemicals can’t be used around.
Emmett does a great job. Always kind, knowledgeable and responsive! Schedulers are also very helpful and courteous.
He does the job….friendly even to dogs! Always happy to help if you need something done, he will stop when he can. A good guy.
