Usually i would rate a 10 but was disappointed last week with service. I returned home after service and was greeted with a number of spider webs that were still present. I had specifically requested that attention be paid to ants and spiders/webs. Granted, these are the Joro spiders and the webs are huge around shrubs and trees and connected to the house. Wishing there is something that can be done to remove/kill them.
Ever since using you all we really haven't had any issues. I will say the original gentleman that we had for the better part of our time using you was exceptional. The last could have times the gentlemen that we had were not as thorough. We would love to have our original guy back if he is still with you all.

We are long time clients and have always had excellent and friendly service. I do have one thing I mentioned recently on a visit that you can help us with. We had our backyard leveled and sodded and in the process 3-4 termite bait stations had to be pulled up or covered and I need them to be checked and reinstalled in the ground.
