Chris is always on time (or even early!) and always calls ahead to let me know he’s en route. He is knowledgeable, but knows when to call in other resources to address a problem. We have had no problems with insects or termites since we’ve been here, a sign of a job well done.

The head quarters service techs are reliable and curious. The office tltphone system was down and I couldn't communicate to set up a needed appointment before leaving town. I called my yard tech Deven who called the office with no response and so Deventhan reached out directly to the mole and vols specialist who confirmed with me an opponent and came out to complete the service while we were tarvelling. Problem solved thanks to the reliable Northwest service team.
