Since I moved here in 2014 I have always been pleased with the technicians with Jody Millard and now Northwest Exterminating. First I had Rabbit fairly briefly until I had Donnie who was very smart and an Iraq veteran. Then for a long time T.C was on this route, and he was beloved by everyone. He was so nice that he would sometimes call to tell me he was 15 minutes away. And now I had Isaiah for the first time, and he was super, just wonderful. You always have had such good technicians. Even the young man who initially sold me the termite plan was very good. (I have forgotten his name). I like the way you handle the appointments so that the office does it, not the techs, thus freeing them to be so efficient and to build trust and confidence with their clients. I like the fact that Northwest contacts me before they show up so I can make sure areas that should be sprayed like my screen porch are unlocked. They are always responsive to any specific situations that might arise. They've done a great job in the past when I had emergencies, like a sudden ant infestation. They're reliable and courteous and I always recommend them to my neighbors.
