As I saw a mouse inside the garage, I asked to reschedule a visit so that I will let the person in for treatment. It was seamless. Both the representative on the phone and the person who visited us did everything as if it was easy. That said, it was a good company working like a well-oiled machine. Ethan, the tech assigned to our house, is very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Every task has been completed thoroughly and effectively.
From beginning to end, they were prompt, were very knowledgeable about the process and product, and did a great job. They came the day before the install to be sure everything was prepared. When the team arrived, they were all so friendly and were actually enthusiastic about getting the job done. We laughed at them because you could hear them under the house and they were all happy and laughing with one another, while getting the job done. They made a great team! They answered every question that I had and made me feel at ease. They worked hard and got a quality job done in one day.
