The service is reliable and the professional crew does a great job communicating before and after each service visit. In my years with Northwest Exterminating, there have been no surprises, no disappointments.
My guy remembers that I want him to wear shoe covers. He even removes them when he goes to my basement and puts them back on when he comes back up. He is very thorough. He is just a really nice guy, too!
