I had stains from Ian on my new carpet and Alex got it out on his first try! I had a stain (I think red wine) that had been on my sofa arm for who knows how long and Alex got it out! I called and spoke to the owner and he was so personable and was able to fit me in the very next morning! The carpets look brand new, the service was speedy and Alex the service man was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone. Zerores is 5 stars in my book.
