To accommodate our work schedule, Alex showed up early, worked quickly, and cleaned our furniture and area rug to look brand new. Having worked for a caroet/furniture cleaner in the past, I knew when Joe told me the process used would leave no soap residue, as soap is not used, I knew ZeroRez was the one we wanted.

Wow! They did an amazing job on our tile and grout. The grout looked like it did when we moved in. I was so impressed I told everyone I work with. They were prompt and professional.
I like that there are no chemicals used and the carpets didn't look dried out when finished. The young man who cleaned our place was very professional and friendly also.

The overall is a 10. From the time I first called to ask questions, Joe was very helpful in scheduling. The day before they were to come, I received a call to affirm the appointment.
The morning for cleaning, Jacob called to give his arrival time. Jacob did a walk through with me and then went to work. Our two rooms with carpet had several walk areas with excessive soil. Jacob overall did a great job. The most impressive room was the front foyer. It is, once again, snow white.
