I am taking a chair yoga class that I really like. The instructor is perfect. I am getting so much out of this class. It's rather meditative. The Y is rather impressive as there are so many people coming to attend classes, games, events and others are out the door on to the rest of their day. Carl's Y is a very pleasant place.

I do the water aerobics classes. I enjoy them and our instructors are very knowledgeable and push us to work hard.
I wish they had two classes on Wednesday. Jill is willing to teach two classes. One class is very crowded and some of our members have quit coming on Wednesday because of the crowd.
Friendly and welcoming staff and members make this a great Y. The pool is spacious and folks make soace so no reservations are required for lap swim. Pool and facilities are well maintained and clean. I am glad my membership allows me to visit thus Y when I am in the area.

I have only been to the equipment room so far. The roo was very clean and neat. I could get time on the machines that I wanted.
I really like the Bodypump classes. So glad they are finally on Saturdays! Please keep the Saturday classes
