Aqua classes
I think it is a lovely facility with many varied classes and equipment offered to get healthy
and stay in shape.
I spend 4 days a week in the pool for water zumba and fitness classes and totally enjoy
the workout and the social aspect of time spent there.
I wish the small pool and deck area were kept cleaner than they are, there is great room
for improvement.

The only thing that is Timing for toddler course. It happend to be arownd a nap time for most of the kids on the program, so we experienced trouble to keep toddlers focused on practice.

We love the curriculum and progression built into the Y gymnastics program. It's well paved and clearly well thoughtout. Our kids look forward to class week after week. It's been one of the best things we do, activity-wise.

They have always been there when I have needed them. When my children were young they went to childcare and afterschool care at the Salem Y. They learned so much and thrived being able to utilize everything the Y had to offer.

This specific Y, had so much to offer. A new build with a built in small luncheon area. There’s a very large fitness center that overlooks a great windowed scenery. The size of the fitness center is comparable to your typical commercial gyms. The amenities are a part of a long list that make overall health simplistic. Saunas, pools, ratchet ball, a very large potion dedicated to classroom settings for children’s day care and child care. There is too much to list but one thing about this Y is there is onsite free parking for customers and there the staff is generous.
Great atmosphere and the staff is helpfull all around and Friendly . Great gym equipment free weights and up to date machines .and so much more . would definitely recommend the Y .
