The Y hac good classes that come with your membership. People go to serious work out, it's not a fashion show in the gym

Great swimming fitness classes…instructor Katy Coffey is exceptional at leading a class. Her knowledge of aqua fitness is extensive. All SWET classes are great…..challenging yet you can go at your own skill level.
