Love the classes and pickleball. I have built a lovely community of friends at the Y which is not an easy thing to do when you are in your late 60's and work from home.
Great place to start or re-start your fitness goals. Everyone is very helpful. Judy (at the front desk on 2nd floor) can get you started on how to work with the machines. Also if this is too intimidating scheduling a few sessions with Lee (trainer) will help familiarize you with what machines will work for you and give you the confidence to achieve these goals.
The class schedules can be overwhelming. Lee also can guide you in choosing the class that best fits your needs. Whether your a teenager or senior citizen everything is there that will help you get healthy and fit.

The Sterling Ctr has a great culture where the people are nice and the facility frequently makes upgrades and keeps things up-to-date.
Great classes, friendly staff, clean and spacious. the only thing I would change is the women’s sauna, it never gets hot enough, there should be clothes, towel or bathing suits mandatory worn in it. Also pool exercises classes would be great!
There is a great variety of classes, you can always (just about) swim laps, the exercise machines are plentiful and the pickleball is very active and welcoming. , The weight training course I joined for the winter season was beneficial and I appreciated the opportunity of the small group format.
What is missing for me is the opportunity to play pickleball in a different format than simply open play. You only get to play one game to 9 and then you wait generally 3 or more games for an opportunity to play again and you play with a different partner. It is hard to improve your game and learn how to play as a pair. Also, you can be there for 2 hours and only play 5-6 games. I would be interested in playing in some sort of league play structured around skill level and limited number of players at a given time.

There’s so much included in the membership, and at other places those are always extra - swim lessons, pickleball, classes, etc. The facility is clean and well run. It’s great for a family!
