We had such a wonderful experience at the Sterling Woods YMCA! From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. They were not only professional, but also warm, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about making every child feel included and encouraged.
My kids absolutely loved all the activities, there was never a dull moment. They came home every day full of excitement, eager to share what they had learned and the fun they had with their new friends. It’s clear that the YMCA staff put so much thought and effort into creating engaging, safe, and memorable experiences for the kids.
I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with the whole team. Their energy, kindness, and dedication made such a positive impact. We’re so grateful to the Sterling Woods YMCA and will definitely be coming back!

I love the Y! The staff is efficient and friendly, the premises is always clean, there are so many classes to choose from, and the hours are very convenient.
You have great programs for elders -- not "the elderly". It's great to get back and maintain one's Mo-jo. The exercise classes are fun and invigorating and what a joy to be at a happy place for people of all ages!
It has a great atmosphere and choice of machines, all the staff are friendly and it's one place I don't feel stared at or judged.

My wife and I joined the Y last year and it’s been a great experience for the both of us. We visit three time a week. We enjoy the classes and using the equipment. They upgraded all the equipment recently and there is a very good selection to accommodate young and old. The staff are very accommodating and always available to answer questions and offer advise.

I love the facility and the staff is friendly and helpful. I take group glasses and the instructors are top-notch. I love the new women’s locker. And when I bring my grandchildren in to use the pool, I love the family locker room. I know that a lot of thought went into making everything user friendly. Thank you
