Alysha is great, always listens and very friendly!
I love the service and ez application appointments
Great service. Haircut was fantastic. Ali was super cool and very personable. All the covid precautions made me feel safe. The wait time was not bad at all. I arrived ten minutes before the estimated start time and it wasn't bad at all.
Alisha does a great job and it is a relaxing experience.
The people are friendly and treat you like a long time client whether they have cut your hair before or not. Price is very good and I enjoy the experience.
Sports Clips Redmond is amazing with nice people. I get my hair trimmed by Ali, who is one of the most amazing people I met. She exactly treated to my hair professionally and exactly as I required it to be. All in all if you have never been there it's definitely an amazing place to get all you hair needs done.
Always an option for my preferences
I have gone to one stylist the last couple of years. I like the fact she knows exactly how I want my hair cut and does a great job each time. I particularly like the MVP service and the head massage makes my day. Good service and always a friendly attitude in the store.
The manager was friendly, attentive and did an excellent job on my haircut
My stylist is awesome and consistently does a high quality job.
Easy appointments. Rinse afterwards in massage chair.
I don't have much hair left. My son (age 11) has enough for both of us. Sports Clips gives us the hair cuts we want without having to navigate perms, waxing, nails, and other salon-based procedures. I get a haircut the way I like it. Every time.
Friendly competent staff and easy to use website for appointments
I enjoy the friendly staff at this location, professional, efficient, it is much like my boyhood experiences at the local barbershop.
I like ESPN. The haircut are also very good
Excellent service.
Excellent Service
Ali is awesome. Good conversation with an even better hair cut.
I loved how nice my stylist was super helpful and knowledgeable about the stuff she was using and let me know where I could find it and was very nice
Professional, polite, friendly, fast. Good haircut
Best haircut for price in my opinion. Have had some really bad experiences with some other places in past even doing just basic mens fade. Had fun time laughing and side talk with girl named Fon who cut my hair. Highly recommend. Under 30 bucks was best fade cut ive had
Efficient, pleasant people, COVAR aware
Katy is the hair stylist gave me the hair cut. She is quick to understand my views and gave me a great hair cut. Also, the shampoo massage is so relaxing. She is quick and know what to do and how it looks at the end. Excellent hair cut. My wife and kids is so happy to see me in a good hair cut.
Thanks Katy. I definitely recommend her for others.
Everything! The always accurate cut I receive, the MVP service - modified to COVID standards, the checkin process and accuracy, the TVs on ESPN so I can watch a game while I get my cut. And the checkout process is extremely easy and well-designed as well.
The staff was friendly, communicative, and made sure that I got the haircut that I wanted.
They also took every precaution against COVID to ensure that everyone was safe, which included everyone wearing their masks, the stations were sanitized after each use, and temperatures were checked at the door while hand sanitizer was readily available.
We really like SportsClips friendly, clean and fast service, also the online check-in is a great plus, and we (my son) usually receive a good haircut or at least very close to what we asked for.
Yesterday, however, was probably the worst haircut he's ever had! We (I) told Kim our hairstylist what we wanted, to be fiar this was our first time with Kim and my son has really curly hair. (Our usual gal was gone yesterday) Kim had a printout of what he usually gets. I told her we basically "wanted to follow the same haircut, cleaning up the bottom but leave the top long (so just a trim) so he can keep it close to the same length. He has a fade (so 2/3 ish is shorter and gets longer as it goes up). My son said she just went for it and before he could say anything it was gone. Not sure he'd say anything either, since he's pretty shy that way. It was cut short all the way up, and the top of cut short and crooked, uneven and look like he has a point on his head. He put a hat on as soon as he got home, so that tells you how bad it is for him. It's uneven and seriously is the worse haircut. As soon as I saw him, I knew it was bad but I didn't want to say anything to Kim (or my son) until I could look closely and put my fingers through it.
The good news is how fast his hair grows, and his calm easy-going attitude, and that for now he still has online school!
