I like reception staff very helpful. I like swimming pool area clean and well run. I think yoga class is a bit crowded and ist class should clear room before another class starts and ideally it should be sanitised between classes. Overall tho it is well run in the current situation. Well done 😊

I Like the great variety of classes which cater for all ages. The trainers are fantastic. They give great encouragement at every level and the facilities are five star.
I enjoy the Bodybalance classes. I feel as if I have had a good workout and the classes are always made interesting and invigerating by the excellent Instructers.
The rejuvenated service area is very impressive and well maintained.

Everything is perfect actually. All the services are fantastic. The staff are very friendly and more likely to help when they are needed. I would highly suggest and recommend someone to join.

Never busy in gym, clean facilities, plenty of choice for exercise
I'm happy with size of class but it's a pity another lane can't be opened for aqua I believe tue at 10am is starting I wish ye would put up notices for women to use the bins for their empty bottles hair etc it's terrible it's women who rhrow rubbish. Around the cleaners are very good but they can't be watching women 24/,7

I like that the gym is never too busy & in these trying times it makes customers feel safer as I wouldn’t feel safe going if it was really packed with customers. Hopefully this continues during this pandemic.
The gym is always spotless .Margie and the other women keep the ladies changing area immaculate . They are fantastic!
