My favorite parts are the staff and video feeds. The staff is friendly , knowledgeable, and professional. Only planned on using this service for a vacation but I will be back for daycare !

Incredibly friendly staff that greets you with tons of energy and excitement to meet your dog. The place is clean and open to see where your dog is located and how they are interacting.

Sophie’s always so happy and excited to go play with all her friends. The staff is always friendly and engaged with the pups.You guys give them breaks when things get too rowdy and your spa appointments are on point. I can never get Sophie to sit still for ear cleanings and nail trimmings so you guys are a godsend. Overall we’ve had nothing but positive things to say about Dogtopia Roswell and will continue to utilize the services they provide.

Excellent customer service! The team that took care of us was super friendly and answered all my questions. While I was waiting for my pup to get tested I noticed that the receptionists knew all dogs by their names as well as their parents.
In special, a young lady whose name I unfortunately forgot (she’s got beautiful dark curly hair), she did a great job explaining all the packages and the booking options, the web cams... everything!
Even though Dogtopia Roswell is a smaller space than the other daycares around this area, I’m surely coming back because of the amazing job your team is doing.

I really like how organized and defined the safety protocols are. My dog’s safety is very important to me and I appreciated the processes you have in place. Plenty of staff, multiple doors, a runner that takes dogs out of the group for pickup, paws get wiped. Also, the staff was friendly and professional.
